Finding the right one can be a challenge sometimes, especially during Covid. We found Kevor on HomeStars and took a chance with him. He did not disappoint from the start to finish. From the start, he was very honest with his scope of work associated with the pricing and schedule. We engaged Kevor’s team to renovate our Kitchen and foyer’s tiles. We also seek his helps to install our new range hood and coordinate the installation of our new kitchen countertop. Although the project was on the smaller side, Kevor treated us with respect and care. He is knowledgeable and takes pride in delivering a quality project on time. To be completely honest, at first, I was worried that we would be an afterthought for him because of the size of our reno. We want quality at a reasonable budget. He reassured us many time to not worry about timing, deadline, quality and budget because he wants to make sure we are satisfy at the end. He really kept his promises. I have never worked with a contractor that is as responsive and timely as Kevor. He started on the day he promised and completed the project early and within our agreed budget. His team was very efficient. Not only Kevor completed his project early, he was flexible enough to come back to help us manage our kitchen counter installation and range hood installation. He really made our life easier by being flexible and keeping his promises. This is all we could hope for. Would we work with Kevor again? Absolutely yes. He gained our trust. Kev and his crew were a pleasure to work with! He listened carefully to what... read morewe wanted for the new bathroom and made wise recommendations when we weren't sure. He started working on the agreed date and finished the job on time. Timing was crucial for us as I was scheduled for surgery and needed the bathroom finished before starting my recovery. Kev did most of the work himself and invited our input at all stages of the project. The bathroom is small, which required some improvising to make everything fit comfortably. The work was done carefully and competently. Minor defects were promptly remedied and Kev was always willing to accommodate our concerns and preferences. He gutted and magically transformed our dingy and unattractive 20th-century bathroom (pedestal sink, tiny mirror, worn-out tub, stodgy tiling, etc.) into a contemporary, stylish bathroom with glass-enclosed stand-up shower, generous vanity, ample shelving, lovely 2' x 4' porcelain tiling, and illuminated mirror. We love the result and give Kev our highest recommendation!

In only three weeks he offered experienced advice on layout (which resulted in an inspired redesign), took the whole bathroom down to the studs - including removing an ancient iron bathtub - and created our great new bathroom. We love the hex tile flooring, the sleek glass shower, and the recessed medicine cabinet.
