He started working on the agreed date and finished the job on time. Timing was crucial for us as I was scheduled for surgery and needed the bathroom finished before starting my recovery. Kev did most of the work himself and invited our input at all stages of the project. The bathroom is small, which required some improvising to make everything fit comfortably. The work was done carefully and competently. Minor defects were promptly remedied and Kev was always willing to accommodate our concerns and preferences. He gutted and magically transformed our dingy and unattractive 20th-century bathroom (pedestal sink, tiny mirror, worn-out tub, stodgy tiling, etc.) into a contemporary, stylish bathroom with glass-enclosed stand-up shower, generous vanity, ample shelving, lovely 2' x 4' porcelain tiling, and illuminated mirror.
