Finding the right one can be a challenge sometimes, especially during Covid. We found Kevor on HomeStars and took a chance with him. He did not disappoint from the start to finish. From the start, he was very honest with his scope of work associated with the pricing and schedule. We engaged Kevor’s team to renovate our Kitchen and foyer’s tiles. We also seek his helps to install our new range hood and coordinate the installation of our new kitchen countertop. Although the project was on the smaller side, Kevor treated us with respect and care. He is knowledgeable and takes pride in delivering a quality project on time. To be completely honest, at first, I was worried that we would be an afterthought for him because of the size of our reno. We want quality at a reasonable budget. He reassured us many time to not worry about timing, deadline, quality and budget because he wants to make sure we are satisfy at the end. He really kept his promises. I have never worked with a contractor that is as responsive and timely as Kevor. He started on the day he promised and completed the project early and within our agreed budget. His team was very efficient. Not only Kevor completed his project early, he was flexible enough to come back to help us manage our kitchen counter installation and range hood installation. He really made our life easier by being flexible and keeping his promises. This is all we could hope for. Would we work with Kevor again? Absolutely yes. He gained our trust. We are so glad we found him. Working with an honest, and responsible contractor is all we could hope for. We want to build a working relationship with him and we will reached out to him when we do our bathrooms’ renovation. A very fine experience. We were impressed with Kev's wonderful reviews so... read more we called him to give us a quote to renovate our bathroom. We were immediately impressed by his calm confidence and his willingness to listen. We did something we have never done before with a contractor and showed him our basement to have him make suggestions and to make a quote for that job, as well. Midway our two projects , we then asked him to do our porch as soon as he was available. Kev is honest, trustworthy and reliable. He offered wonderful suggestions yet always left the final decisions to us. Kev always supervised all work which was done by other trades people, such as plumbers and HVAC service people, so that we felt supported. Kev's cost quotations and timelines for each of the jobs were reasonable and maintained. Kev explained everything as we went along . We understood if modifications needed to be made. Kev addressed all our questions patiently and clearly. We have had many experiences with contractors over the years, so we can honestly say that we have never had a better experience than the one we had with Kev. By the time he was finished our projects, we considered him 'part of the family'. We will certainly use him for any future projects and we recommend him very highly.
